Model PC is a sturdy and compact safety switch that can quickly and actively turn off hazardous equipment in emergency situations or during normal operation. When an emergency occurs at the tape transportation site, the steel wire rope tied to the lifting ear of the rope switch can be pulled to control the internal micro switch action of the slider inside the machine, and issue a shutdown or alarm signal The automatic reset model automatically resets after releasing the wire rope, while the manual reset model requires operating the reset handle before resetting. For bidirectional operation, steel wire ropes can be installed on both sides of the switch. When an accident occurs on the conveyor belt, pulling the steel wire ropes on both sides can achieve emergency shutdown, which can timely and effectively avoid the expansion of the accident, protect personnel or equipment safety, and ensure safe production.

Installation precautions: Choose a reasonable installation spacing and configure steel wire ropes with appropriate thickness based on product characteristics. The brackets for the steel wire ropes should be as smooth as possible, and the spacing between brackets should not be too long (usually between 2-3m). In practical engineering, try to control it at around 30m to avoid excessive pulling rope due to heavy weight and resistance, which may affect operation and switch reset; The thicker the rope, the better (generally, the diameter of the steel wire rope does not need to exceed 5mm). It should be matched with the operating force of the switch. In fact, too thick and heavy a steel wire rope can cause the switch to be in a half action state, which is not only prone to misoperation but also to damage the switch mechanism components.
